Tip Your Heart Foundation

Rock the Square is an event put on by Tip Your Heart Foundation that benefits women's and children's charities. Each year we choose a band to come to Lodi and sell tables to the public to see the event - it is just like any other concert you would go to- except that a gourmet dinner and open bar is included and you must purchase a table for 8  instead of a single ticket. You also must be 21 or older to attend. The event is completely underwritten by our event sponsors and our Foundation and has thus far raised over $1 million 46 thousand dollars for our community.

For 2012 Rock the Square will be held on Friday, August 17th at 6 pm at Hutchins Street Square.

Trickier question than you would think....we don't sell individual tickets, we sell tables. 8 people to a table for $3,000. A few weeks before the event date we do have people who cannot fill their tables and at that time individual tickets may be available through us to sit at their tables at a price of $375.00 each. - we will be happy to put your name and number down on the waiting list to receive one of these individual tickets.

You are provided with a seat for the show, a gourmet dinner (in the past options have included filet, sea bass, catering by Ernie's on the Brick Walk, Angelinas, and Wine Valley Catering) and of course there is an open bar.

YES! Because the event is underwritten and all of our costs are paid for by our sponsors and founders. This means that when you write your check, you are giving that dollar amount directly to charity.

Tip Your Heart Foundation is a Non Profit 501c-3 status that was started by Leo and LaNise Burke. They have a great passion for helping women and children in the community as well as supporting cancer research. The foundation is Committed to making sure children are fed and have roofs over their head.

2 weeks before the event date you will receive tickets in the mail. Event Doors, Dinner and concert times as well as your table number will be printed on there. If you haven't received your tickets 1 week prior to the event please call Ryan at 209.333.1032 something may have gotten lost in the mail.

Our past donations include Lodi House, Lodi Boys and Girls Club, Lodi Cancer Kids, Hospice of San Joaquin, Children's Home of Stockton, LOEL Center, WOW Science Museum, and Hope Harbor.

Yes. We will send you our Federal Tax I.D. Number at your request as well as issue a letter at the end of the year stating the value of your donation.

That depends on how many tickets we sell! So far our total is $1,046,000.00

Absolutely! There are no invitations- simply a mailing list that we send updates and flyers to...if you want to be included, send us your address!

A sponsorship costs $7,500.00. With it you get one table for 8 in the front rows. Your company logo on display on the back of event t-shirts, on our website, and in all news paper ads, and includes special table service before the concert.

We do not do any in kind donations at this time. But if you would still like to donate your good/services please let us know!

During these times, we believe it is more important than ever, as more and more people need assistance.   We have chosen to make sure the funds necessary to feed and house those in need will be available.

Actually, yes. Due to security issues, we are changing the way guests are admitted into the event. In the past you walked to the entrance table, gave your name to a volunteer who took your ticket, wrote down your name and admitted you. This year we are going to the more traditional concert turnstyle admittance. Hand us your ticket, get a bracelet, go through the turnstyle- you're in. No ticket, No admittance, so please make sure you dispurse your tickets to your party prior to arrival - there will be No chance of you getting in without a ticket.  Anyone without a bracelet, at any time, will be asked to leave.

Pay Early!! When we receive your check your table is assigned a number. When we place the tables we do so in the order that your payment was received. That is also how you get close to the front as well as get your requests met (i.e. would like the third row, would like a table on the side, would like to be next to so and so's table, etc.) If you want to be next to a friends table - encourage them to pay early or around the same time you do - you will be more likley to get what you want, I might not be able to pull someone up to your row if you paid me 10th and they paid me 80th.

 I personally think all of the tables are good tables. We sell 100 tables - 13 rows- approx. 10' of space per row. That means 13th row = 130ish feet from the stage= good seat!
